In the frame of an EC Transition Facility funded project and in order to support the future review and updating of the Economic Analysis of water use and implementation of water pricing policies in accordance with the Water Framework Directive, a Protocol of Information (IP; full description of data, sources, information level, use of information in the context of economic analysis, etc.) and the related computerized system were designed, to be implemented by the Water Development Department. In 3 phases, full analysis of existing situation and user needs, and preparation of a series of reports up to terms of reference for tendering the installation and operation of the system, including infrastructure and staff requirements.
