LOCSEE aims at building capacity for climate change mitigation in South-East Europe (SEE), and at a systematic cross-sectional approach in developing, planning and implementing low carbon policies and measures. NOA will model the potential low carbon measures in priority sectors in 5 SEE countries (Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and FYROM), will develop and coordinate a Regional Policy Network for low carbon policies, will organize relevant workshops, will compile a manual for the development of low carbon policies, and will establish a National Working Group for low carbon policies. Other project activities comprise the compilation of a state-of-the-art analysis for the implelementation of low carbon policies and measures in SEE countries, the definition of good practices etc.
