Collecting Data from Energy Certification to Monitor Performance Indicators for New and Existing buildings
Implementation of harmonised monitoring systems in the building sector on regional, national and EU level. Use Energy Performance (EP) Certificates or other available information as a data source for monitoring, elaborate a practical concept for the collection, analysis and utilisation of these data. Collect and analyse data on national level, using a common evaluation data base using a spreadsheet tool, which includes 255 parameters (i.e. building certificate data, general building data, envelope data, E&M system data, calculated energy demand-asset rating, operational rating data, summary of energy consumption & energy generation, primary energy, CO2 emissions and benchmarks). The tool can be used for plausibility checks, overall statistics, correlation of variables, detailed statistical analyses for building subsets. Propose applicable concepts for monitoring the energy performance of building stock subsets and identifying the scope for different improvement measures. Proposals for data collection and monitoring systems on national and EU level. Dissemination activities for the promotion of the concept of data collection from EP Certificates on national and EU level. http://env.meteo.noa.gr/datamine/
